The cockpit rails were an exercise in frustration.
I had straps and clamps all over the place trying to get things perfect...just couldn't. The plans call for the skins to be flush with the outer edge of the skins. In most areas, it is. Where the skins overlap, it doesn't and the skins will need to be scarfed on both sides.
After a lot of massaging, I was able to get the rails where they should be.
After I get the skins scarfed, it will look much better.
